Fair Vendor Information

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our fair!

2024 vendor applications are Open

Please fill out the form below and a director will get back to you as soon as possible.

Vendor space is located indoors on the arena floor and outside the arena on the fair grounds.

Limited space is available. Please send us your completed application form before August 24. Vendor/exhibitor space is offered on a first come, first served basis.

Booth space will be assigned to vendors by the event representative(s). Special requests for certain areas will be taken into consideration.

  • Food and/or drink vendors are NOT permitted (special exceptions may apply)

  • Each booth space is approximately 9’ x 11’

  • Tables and chairs are provided upon request

  • Electricity is limited (offered on a first come, first served basis)

  • Vendors must supply their own extension cords, table linens, etc.

Vendor Space Pricing (subject to change)

INSIDE ARENA
(1) Fall Fair Single Space = $50 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
(2) Fall Fair Double Space = $75 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
(3) Partial Weekend Single Space = $35 (Saturday and Sunday)
(4) Partial Weekend Double Space = $60 (Saturday and Sunday)

OUTSIDE
(1) Weekend = $40 (Saturday and Sunday)
(2) Saturday only = $25
(3) Sunday only = $25
